- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to prospects.
- Understand customer need and requirements.
- Close sales/route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying and backing up data.
- Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience and proven track record in telesales/telemarketing or related field.
- Excellent in English and Bahasa Malaysia communication for both, verbal and written.
- Self-driven and must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Normal working hours.
