Job Descriptions:

  • Handle inbound / incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers.
  • Provide excellent support at the customer service centreand achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
·Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.


Requirements:
  • SPM with minimum 5 years working experience in Call Centre field.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in any field with 2 years working experience in Call Centre field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers via telephone.
  • MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
